Tools [menu] -> Options [menu item]

Advanced [tab] / Certificate [tab] -> View Certificates [button]

Authorities [tab] -> Import [button]

Select "FotonEmailCA.cer" file. Check "This certificate can identify mail users".

Your Certificates [tab] -> Import [button]

Select "*.p12" file. Enter password.
Other People's [tab] -> Import [button]

Select "*.cer" client certificates. If the senders CA is in the Trusted CA's List, then they are automatically added here.
Set your digital signature certificate for each account:
Tools [menu] -> Account Settings [menu item]
Account Settings [window] -> * account [list item] -> Security [list item] -> Select [button]

Select the certificate you want to sign/encrypt your mails with.

You can sign your message by default:

Signing E-Mails:
Compose [window]
Options [menu] -> Security [menu item] -> Digitally

or Security Drop Down Menu on Toolbar:

You can encrypt your messages the same way.
