This is because our Root CA is not part of the built in collection of CAs. If you not happen to be here by chance you probably want to continue :) so let's hit it shall we. After clicking Continue the adress bar will turn pink.
Let's click on the certificate error to see what's wrong with it.
Certificate Invalid your ass!, let's view certificates:
"this certificate cannot be verified up to a trusted CA" that's okay, since our Root CA is not trusted (yet :)
Here is the Chain:
Click on the Root:
Click on View:
Now Install:
After Finish we get a warning: (click Yes)
click Yes
Restart IE, and connect again:
Now the certificates are fine
