Connect to https://foton.szikraistvan.hu/ . If you receive the following error:
"this behavior is as intended, not a bug."

you need to install the certificates of the CAs manually. Here is how to do it:
first go to
http://foton.szikraistvan.hu/certs/ where you can find our certificates, or aquire it some other way.

Click on Root CA:

Click on the mid level CA:
Note: It's important to check to trust this CA to identify web sites, otherwise you will receiver the same -8182 error code above.

You don't need to install the web server's certificate, but you might do it.
Now here is how you can check your installed certificates:

Now we are ready to connect to the
https server:
if you click on the lock icon in the address bar

you will see this window:

View certificate:

Here is the thing. If the server does not sent the CA chain, but only sends the web server certificate, then firefox will connect fine (since the web server's certificate only 2kbit long).
In this case we don't need to install the CAs certificates, (but still recommended). If we didn't installed them we will see this window:

And when we examine the certificate, we will see a similar window to this, saying issuer is unknown:
